Shipping and returns
We ship worldwide.
Goods will only be dispatched after full payment has been received, during 1-5 business days.
Shipping costs are added during the checkout process.
Within Estonia: Domestic orders are shipped via Omniva parcel service.
Average shipping time for all order within Estonia is 2-7 working days. During holidays the shipping times may vary (please contact us directly if you have time sensitive requests).
All Estonian orders will be charged 2,95 € shipping fee.
Within Europe: European orders are shipped in secure envelope via Omniva mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation.
All EU orders will be charged a standard 6,20 € shipping fee.
Non-European orders: Non-EU orders are shipped in secure envelope via Omniva mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation. All non-EU orders will be charged a standard 6,20 € shipping fee.
We provide free shipping from over 50 € orders.
Our aim is to not have returns, but should our products not be to your liking, we kindly ask you to email us immediately email@example.com so we can authorise the return and get the process going.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– with obvious signs of use
– An item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
